From co-founding Emas Hitam Indonesia in 2015, Pak Kadek continues the journey in 2024, with a focus on assisting farmers in to use regerenative farming principles and developing the Ancut Garden site, located on his ancestral land.

Ketut Suciana

Ibu Ketut is our local masterchef and garden guru.  She has been with us since the beginning and brings wonderful practical knowledge to our graden and projects as well as authentic love filled dishes to the table.

Ibu Apel

Ibu Apel has been working at our Ancut Garden site since we opened it. She is our onsite gardening guru and composting legend. Ibu Apel manages the garden, always knowing when to weed and when to collect seed; when to plant and when to pick.
